This post-secondary educational facility provides a the capacity to accommodate numerous specialized training programs in Southern Saskatchewan. The facility contains eleven classrooms, three training labs, a lecture theatre, a heavy equipment service shop & wash bay, and administrative services

This facility features DOAS displacement ventilation with exhaust air heat recovery as well as radiant floor heating, radiant floor cooling and high efficiency boiler and chiller plants.

Variable frequency Drive pumps. In floor heating and in floor cooling.
